Tatasky changed the FEC from 7/8 to 3/4 of 11170 V 32000 TP

Tatasky changed the FEC of their Vertical TP 11170 from 7/8 TO 3/4 . full detail is 11170 v 32000 3/4 QPSK. they have already added 2 test channels in this tp.
